These terms cover using the site and buying templates. The licence — what you may do with a template once you have it — is a separate document.

Buying is handled by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record and deals with tax and refunds. You get a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. Free templates are free, downloadable without an account, and can be withdrawn at any time — what you already downloaded stays yours under the licence in force at the time.
Who we are

Payments and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to payments and handles returns.
In practice: your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, Paddle collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment alongside these terms.
What you are buying
Templates are digital files delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. You are buying a licence to use the files — see the licence, which forms part of these terms.
Free templates are provided at no cost under the free-tier licence. We may change or withdraw any free template at any time; anything you already downloaded remains licensed to you under the terms in force when you downloaded it.
Delivery
Free templates download directly from the site, with no account and no email address. Paid templates are emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes, together with a licence key where one applies. Download links are time-limited; if yours expires, ask us and we will issue a new one.
If nothing arrives within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to hello@foldoutkit.com and we will fix it.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the templates as templates, themes or design assets.
Do not publish the files in a public repository or file-sharing service.
Do not remove licence notices contained in the files.
Do not use the templates in unlawful material or material that infringes the rights of others.
Do not attempt to circumvent download limits or licence keys.
Support and updates
Paid templates include support and updates for the period stated on the product page. Support covers defects and questions about intended use. It does not cover customisation work, third-party software, or your hosting. Free templates come without support.
Disclaimer and liability
Templates are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a template is error-free or fits a requirement not described on its product page — which is why every template has a live demo and most have a free version. Test before you deploy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a template is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. This does not remove protections granted to consumers by the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
