Refunds

Digital files are delivered instantly, so this page says plainly when we refund and when we do not — rather than leaving you to find out afterwards.

Try before you buy

Every paid template has a live demo you can inspect in full, and most have a free version you can download and open in your editor without giving us anything. Both exist so you can decide before paying rather than after.

The 14-day window

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the template is broken or does not work as the product page described;

• the files you received do not match what the product page listed;

• you were charged more than once for the same order;

• the download failed and we could not get you a working file.

In those cases we will offer to fix the problem first — usually faster than a refund — but the choice is yours.

When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after downloading, and the template works as described.

• You bought the wrong template — tell us and we will normally swap it for another of equal value instead.

• You lack the tools or skills the product page said were required.

• You want the template modified to do something it never claimed to do.

• More than 14 days have passed.

• There is evidence of licence abuse, such as redistributing the files.

How to ask

Email hello@foldoutkit.com with your order reference and a short description of the problem. A screenshot or a link to the page where it goes wrong gets it resolved faster.

Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle back to the original payment method — you can also contact Paddle directly. Once approved, the money normally appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Where that law gives you a stronger right of withdrawal, that law applies.
